Tucker, S Updike, M James S-2 Division, the Food Service
Division, is responsible for providing appealing, nourishing meals to the
crew four times each day. While at sea, this amounts to the
preparation and serving of over 2,200 meals per day, a big job requiring
the efforts of over 20 cooks and more than 45 messmen. Oklahoma City
has her own bake shop on board which produces fresh bred, rolls, and
pastries. |
